Hi! My name's Tim and I "run" this little website called STROOP :) 

 

I'm a 27-year-old Dutchman from the Amsterdam region and, even though I've been into cooking and baking since my early adolescence, I've only very recently discovered I also enjoy taking pictures of - and writing about - food.

 

And so, in May of 2023, I made the decision to stick out my leg and take that step into the wide world with the creation of STROOP!
